The Care Assurance management team has over 25 years’ experience in the provision of specialist and high quality accommodation, support and care services.
Working in partnership with a CQC registered domiciliary care provider, our services are extended to include personal care for those service users that require this level of support.
Based on the agreed outcomes and following our robust assessment process, we will always aim to ensure that the chosen accommodation and agreed support and care plan meets their initial needs and continues to be reviewed and adjusted so that our services continue to meet our clients changing needs.
