We’re proud to share that, following a comprehensive mock CQC inspection by the respected HLTH Group in April 2025, Care Assurance Ltd was independently assessed as meeting the standards required for a ‘GOOD’ rating.

This independent assessment was commissioned as part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement—particularly in light of the current challenges in securing full CQC inspections.

Since being acquired by EHSL Supported Housing and becoming part of its wider group structure, Care Assurance has undergone significant transformation. With new investment, a revitalised management team, and strengthened care and support standards, we’ve worked hard to ensure we’re delivering services that are safe, person-centred, and empowering.

This result is a true reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and heart our team brings to the work we do every day.

With this partnership, Care Assurance Ltd will continue to operate under its existing name, but now with the added support and resources of EHSL. Together, we aim to enhance the services we offer and expand our reach, ensuring that more people receive the compassionate and professional care they deserve.
